A company focused on creating a better future for those who will live in it. ***And speaking of the future—shall we talk about yours?*** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are Molins’ business unit specializing in comprehensive construction solutions, including ceramic tile installation systems, façade cladding and ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), special mortars, and resins for protection, repair, anchoring, structural reinforcement, waterproofing, insulation, tiling, and paving. With over 90 years of leadership in the sector—and pioneers in the Spanish market with the first adhesive cement under the PAM brand—we maintain our commitment to customers through a logistics network comprising 6 production centers and 2 logistics centers. We are committed to social development and quality of life, creating innovative and sustainable construction solutions. Reporting directly to the Training and Product Coordinator, the primary mission of the selected candidate will be to deliver practical training to customers on construction solutions. The candidate will also provide on-site services such as customer support during project kick-offs, site follow-ups, and site visits, ensuring customers fully understand, handle, and correctly apply our systems and solutions—thereby enhancing process efficiency, quality, and overall customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate meeting the following requirements: * 3–5 years of experience. * Vocational training qualification (intermediate level). * Strong communication skills and ability to speak publicly. * In-depth knowledge of construction products and systems. * Knowledge of flooring solutions (ETICS), waterproofing, concrete preparation and protection, and structural reinforcement and anchoring. #LI-SM1
