Job stability An automotive sector company based in Tarragona is looking for an experienced **Tire Workshop Supervisor**, with proven prior experience, to lead and coordinate daily operations at a new facility located in Valls. Adaptation period at Eco-Pneumatic workshop (Tarragona) **Main Responsibilities:** * Team management and coordination. * Organization of daily workshop tasks. * Tire mounting, dismounting, and balancing. * Wheel alignment. * Inventory control and ordering of tires and supplies. * Customer service and technical advice. * Supervision of compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a tire workshop or similar position. * Knowledge of wheel alignment, balancing, and fast mechanical repairs. * Organized, solution-oriented individual with leadership capabilities. **Offered:** * Immediate hiring. * Job stability. * Salary commensurate with candidate's experience and qualifications. * Possible additional benefits.
