Your responsibilities will include preparing, assembling, and preparing molds and components. This involves cleaning molds, applying putty, and installing elements such as screws and plates. You will also participate in the assembly of cabins and smaller components, using adhesives and following procedures to ensure proper bonding. It will be essential to verify measurements and fit to guarantee final quality. We value your ability to notice details, precision, and care in finishing work. It is also important that you can read measurements (in centimeters, millimeters, and meters) and have experience with tools such as spatulas, drills, and clamps. Prior experience working in factories—preparing molds or assembling components—will be considered an advantage. Attention to detail, precision, and care in finishing. Ability to follow basic blueprints and verify measurements. Order and organization in the workplace, consistency, and responsibility. Teamwork. Reading measurements (cm, mm, m). Use of hand tools (spatulas, utility knives, polishers, drills, clamps). Previous experience in industrial environments, mold preparation, or component assembly.
