Your main responsibilities will include: - Planning and scheduling. - Coordination of teams and resources: Supervise workers and teams involved in the project, including contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. - Ensure sufficient resources are available and used efficiently. - Cost control. - Compliance with regulations and standards. - Problem resolution. - Safety: Prioritize workplace safety and ensure all safety practices and protocols are followed. - Quality control: Supervise work performed to ensure it meets established quality standards. - Reporting and documentation. - Change management.
