We are recruiting a Facilities Administrator for our offices in Balaguer (Lleida). What will you do on a daily basis? * Handle supplier-related procedures. * Allocate expenses from delivery notes against purchase orders. * Receive invoices, reconcile them with delivery notes and purchase orders, record them in accounting, and forward them to the Branch Administrator. * Monitor collections and initiate claims when necessary. * Manage personnel documentation for the construction site. * Control subcontractor documentation as well as machinery documentation to ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.
