Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook with proven expertise in preparing and cooking menu dishes, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Active collaboration with the team We are looking for a cook in Ribadesella (Asturias) with demonstrable experience in preparing and cooking dishes for a menu. Main responsibilities will include ingredient preparation and cutting, marinating, cooking menu dishes, and final plating. Additionally, kitchen inventory management, preparation time control, and active collaboration with the rest of the team will be required to ensure smooth overall operations. Familiarity with the menu and the ability to prepare dishes consistent with existing standards will be valued. This offer includes a full-time temporary employment contract. The schedule is split, covering 12:00–14:00 and 19:00–23:00\. Salary will be determined according to the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias. Immediate start is required.
