Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and proactive waiter assistant for a hotel on the Costa Brava, focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the restaurant and bar dining area in perfect condition. 2. Attend to guests and customers, with gastronomic recommendations. 3. Anticipate customers' needs and offer solutions. We are a hotel group on the Costa Brava and are seeking a waiter assistant for one of our hotels located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual who communicates effectively and strives for continuous self-improvement. The main responsibilities include: * Maintain the restaurant and bar dining area in perfect order and cleanliness. * Attend to guests and customers, greeting them at the restaurant entrance. * Present the gastronomic offerings on the menu, making recommendations appropriate to the customer’s profile. * Take orders, noting special requests and details. * Maintain effective communication with the kitchen to ensure appropriate service pace, as well as proper cleaning and hygiene of equipment. * Serve dishes and beverages. * Handle possible complaints and provide appropriate solutions. * Clear tables immediately after each service. * Report any issues, complaints, or incidents occurring during service to the direct supervisor. * Anticipate customers’ needs and deliver services before they are requested. * Perform other duties required for the position. Requirements: * Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent. * Foreign language skills are valued. * Residence near the workplace is valued. * Flexible working hours. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability to work the entire season. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on rotating shifts with rest periods established by law. Job Type: Part-time Work Location: On-site employment
