The candidate will be responsible for performing various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring the proper condition of facilities and equipment. Responsibilities: * Corrective Maintenance: Repairing traffic lights, restrooms, signage boards, and other warehouse elements. * Painting: Maintenance and repair of paint on loading docks. * Rack Maintenance: Inspection and repair of racks and rack-end protectors, as well as plastic bumpers. * Preventive Maintenance: Inspection and validation of legionella systems, racks, and other systems. * Plumbing, Electrical, and Locksmith Tasks: Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and locksmith tasks as required. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, and painting. * Ability to independently carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Teamwork skills and a proactive approach. * Willingness to receive additional training in areas related to industrial maintenance (specialized training will be provided by the company).
