Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Operator for an industrial company specializing in cable manufacturing, responsible for operating machinery, executing production orders, quality control, and process improvements. Opportunity for indefinite employment following the initial contract We are seeking candidates with prior experience as Production Operators for a company located in Les Franqueses del Vallès. The company manufactures cables for various industrial sectors, including heavy vehicles, household appliances, railway applications, and construction. Job responsibilities include machine setup, manufacturing production orders according to plan and tracking their progress. The role also involves performing in-house quality controls, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, reporting any discrepancies in documentation or estimated manufacturing times, and contributing improvement proposals for production methods. Additionally, participation in warehouse inventory tasks is required. An initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) is offered, with a minimum duration of three months and potential transition to an indefinite contract with the company. The work schedule is intensive, organized into rotating shifts every fifteen days, covering 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. The work environment is dynamic, characterized by short production runs, and the initial assignment will be to a specific section.
