At UCI, we’re looking for **a Digital Creative** eager to grow, contribute ideas, and help reinforce the company’s visual identity in Spain and Portugal. What will you do in this role? **1\. Digital Content Production and Offline Materials** Design and adaptation of assets for web, CRM, email marketing, events, and digital channels. Creation of banners, visuals, lightweight motion graphics, and campaign elements. Development of commercial kits, executive presentations, and visual guidelines. **2\. Creative Support for Campaigns** Participate in defining the creative strategy for multichannel campaigns. Develop and test materials alongside internal and commercial teams. Transform technical information into clear, compelling visual narratives. **3\. Brand Management and Adaptation** Ensure correct application of UCI’s visual identity across all touchpoints and business lines. Design assets aligned with brand style, tone, and guidelines, in collaboration with the team. **4\. Optimization and Monitoring** Propose continuous improvement initiatives and incorporate emerging design trends. Support basic performance analysis of assets (CTR, interaction, engagement). Specialized training in digital design is a plus. **Experience** 2–4 years of experience in creative studios, agencies, or marketing departments. **Tools and Knowledge** Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere). Figma, Sketch, or digital prototyping tools. Basic knowledge of visual SEO and creative performance. **Competencies** Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take risks without fear of failure. Creativity and customer orientation.
