




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Receptionist to manage reservations, assist guests, and coordinate hotel operations on the Costa Brava. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities including reservation management and guest service We are a hotel chain on the Costa Brava and are looking for a Receptionist at one of our hotels – Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva, Girona. We seek a responsible and organized individual who is communicative and strives for continuous self-improvement. Proactive in identifying new opportunities for personal, team, and especially customer satisfaction. If you identify with these qualities, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! Main responsibilities include: * Reservation management. * Guest check-in and check-out, performing appropriate registration procedures. * Guest assistance during their stay. * Telephone handling of requests. * Maintaining effective communication with guests and colleagues, managing complaints, and coordinating room maintenance and cleaning tasks. * Supporting sales objectives. * Managing hotel emails and phone calls. * Handling closing procedures. * Other duties as required for the position. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or sales. * University degree in Tourism or equivalent higher vocational training (CFGS). * Foreign language skills are valued. * Knowledge of PMS (Sihot) and sales is valued. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is valued. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with rest periods established by law. Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
