Support to the accounting department and minimum stock control. **Description:** ---------------- Proman Granollers is currently searching for a Back Office\-Administrative Assistant for one of our clients located in **La Garriga.** The selected candidate will carry out the following responsibilities: * Operational procurement management and purchase order confirmations. * Supplier monitoring and issue tracking. * Equipment imports (execution: pickups, insurance, documentation). * Transportation incident management and cost allocation. * Monthly Intrastat declaration. * Minimum equipment stock control (operational). * Internal purchases (packaging, office supplies, merchandising, etc.). * Support to the accounting department (purchase invoices, general filing, receipts, approvals).
