Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced mason with first-level official qualifications to perform masonry work and ensure safety on site, exercising autonomy and responsibility. Key Highlights: 1. Masonry work, laying of bricks and blocks, plastering and stuccoing 2. Interpretation of blueprints and maintenance of order and safety on site 3. Autonomy, responsibility, and ability to work in a team We are seeking a mason with experience as a first-level official. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory. This offer is subject to the SUBSIDY PROGRAM FOR THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OF PERSONS IN A SITUATION OF GREATER VULNERABILITY — INDEFINITE-TERM FULL-TIME CONTRACT. The target groups eligible for this subsidy are as follows: Unemployed persons aged 45 years or older. Long-term unemployed persons (12 months within the last 18\) aged 30 years or older. Unemployed third-country nationals aged 30 years or older. Third-country nationals are defined as individuals who do not hold the nationality of any European Union member state, European Economic Area country, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Unemployed women aged 30 years or older in a situation of vulnerability. Women in a situation of vulnerability are those who meet one or more of the following criteria: Women experiencing gender-based violence; Women with legally recognized disabilities; Unemployed women not receiving unemployment benefits; Recipients of the Guaranteed Citizenship Income; Women who are single mothers. The status of unemployed jobseeker must have been held for at least 10 calendar days prior to submission of the job offer. Perform masonry work, laying of bricks and blocks, plastering, stuccoing, concrete pouring, and installation of flooring and cladding. Interpret blueprints. Maintain order and safety on site. Skills: Autonomy, responsibility, ability to work in a team, and rigor in execution. Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations (ORP) in all operations. * Competencies / Knowledge: Vocational training courses.
