Responsibilities: * Support the delegate in coordinating and supervising daily operations. * Organize and oversee receipt, storage, order preparation, and dispatch. * Coordinate and allocate warehouse team tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations. * Stock control, inventory management, and resolution of warehouse-related incidents. * Technical advice on hardware products and assistance in identifying suitable alternatives based on customer needs. * Supervise accurate product referencing, location, and cataloging within the warehouse. * Maintain and update product information in the SAP system, in coordination with relevant departments. * Participate in continuous improvement of logistics processes and optimization of internal procedures. Conditions: * Working hours: Full-time. * Contract type: Permanent. Start date: Immediate, or as per candidate availability. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Preferred qualifications: \- Valid forklift license. + Experience in ERP implementation or optimization. + Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) applied to warehouse environments. + Familiarity with hardware products specific to the timber sector. * Essential requirements: \- Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) + Residence in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu or nearby areas (maximum 20 km). + Minimum two years’ prior experience in the duties described. + Prior experience in logistics warehousing. + Solid knowledge of hardware and DIY products for carpentry. + Proficiency in SAP (Materials Management / MM module). + Ability to coordinate and lead teams. + Advanced Catalan and Spanish.
