It is part of the international Cubic33Group, with extensive experience in turnkey construction of industrial and logistics buildings, refrigerated warehouses, and temperature-controlled facilities. https://www.cubic33group.com/en **POSITION:** We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in managing and executing industrial or logistics construction projects for the role of **Site Manager**, overseeing the construction of **industrial warehouses and logistics platforms for our projects in Catalonia**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise project execution in accordance with the plans and technical specifications defined in the project. \- Act as the client’s technical representative on site, planning and coordinating direct staff and various contractors involved in the project. \- Coordinate all stakeholders during construction, ensuring achievement of objectives, timelines, and budgets. \- Submit timely material requisitions and prepare progress reports, work execution reports, and control activity reports—including quality, personnel organization, meeting minutes, measurements, valuations, and other related administrative tasks. \- Ensure optimal utilization of equipment, tools, and appropriate and necessary human resources on site. \- Comply with Industrial Safety and Hygiene Regulations. **PROFILE:** A proactive construction professional with over five years of experience managing industrial construction projects, specifically industrial warehouse or logistics platform construction projects. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction sites as Site Manager. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial construction and building—specifically industrial and logistics warehouses. \- A decisive individual responsible for on-site production and control. \- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. \- Ability to manage both internal and external teams. \- Leadership capability. \- Organized, rigorous, and responsible. \- Willingness to travel nationwide. **WHY JOIN US?** Joining **CBC CONSTRUCCIÓN** means experiencing every project as a unique moment—building together structures we are proud of and that help change the world.
