Production Operators

Description

This position focuses on working within a food industry production line environment. Main tasks involve active participation in the preparation and packaging cycle of food products, requiring constant attention and strict adherence to established protocols. The role demands moderate physical activity and the ability to maintain a consistent work pace throughout the shift, always under industrial safety and hygiene principles. Work schedule is from Monday to Friday on rotating shifts. The morning shift starts at 07:30 and ends at 15:30\. The afternoon shift runs from 15:30 to 23:30\. This is a full-time position, with potential for immediate hiring following the selection process. Employment conditions comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the sector, including corresponding rest periods and paid annual holidays. A valid food handler certificate is required. Prior experience of at least one year in production environments or factories—preferably within the food industry—is valued. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to assigned tasks, and availability to undertake specific training related to the position and company processes.
