Your mission will be to ensure efficient product allocation based on coverage, sales, and seasonality, providing visibility, reliability, and analytical rigor to support business decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to identifying optimization opportunities in operations and improving inventory management through clear, structured, and actionable information. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare tracking and analysis reports on stock by season and business line. * Monitor inventory status across Mango’s logistics centers worldwide. * Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities in inventory management. * Work with large volumes of data, ensuring information reliability, consistency, and traceability. * Prepare clear, structured, and decision-oriented reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders. * Identify optimization opportunities in operational processes related to stock control, proposing improvements that enhance efficiency and management quality. * Collaborate with various involved teams to ensure efficient and business-aligned operations. * Analyze coverage, sales, and seasonality to detect redistribution needs. * Propose distribution actions to optimize stock availability and turnover. **ABOUT YOU:** * You hold a degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. * You bring at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within retail, outlet, supply chain, or distribution environments. * You have advanced proficiency in Excel. * You have experience in data analysis and database management. * You stand out for your strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * You are a solution-oriented, organized, and highly structured individual. * You can synthesize complex information and present it clearly and effectively. * You thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams. * Knowledge of reporting or data visualization tools is considered an advantage. * Business acumen is also valued. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
