Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality levels in accordance with Sanofi and regulatory requirements for GxP material and service suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. 2. Higher education degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry. 3. Training of auditors and drafting of local procedures. **Job Objective** ----------------------- Ensure that quality levels, as required by Sanofi and regulatory requirements, are maintained for all matters related to material suppliers and GxP third-party service providers. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Prepare **Quality Agreements** with Adamed / CMOs. * Prepare **Quality Agreements** with third parties (*third parties*). * Support the implementation of the new system replacing the current **Veeva QTP**, with a primary function being the extraction of all data from the current system. * Support the development and implementation of the new system for **self-inspection management**. * Prepare **audit training** (auditor training). * Draft **local procedures** related to the area. **Required Profile** -------------------- * **Experience:** In quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry. * **Languages:** English (required). **About the Team** --------------------- The **Systems Quality Assurance Department** is a dynamic team of **6 people**, playing a fundamental role in ensuring the quality of our manufactured products. Our key responsibilities include validation and qualification management, risk analysis, and supplier management. **Note for Candidates** ---------------------------- *The Riells site, currently owned by Sanofi, is part of this transactional agreement and is scheduled to be transferred to Adamed.
