Over our 15+ years of experience, we have delivered over 1,000 national and international projects—requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out design and calculation of projects through the work of our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our scope includes proprietary projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently seeking an **Estimates Technician** to work with one of our clients in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of construction cost estimates * Quantity take-offs from drawings * Preparation of technical and economic proposals * Cost analysis and supplier comparisons * Preparation of tender documentation * Updating of price databases. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a major engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and are interested in joining a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to hearing from you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical education: Technical Engineer / Technical Architect / Industrial Engineer / Civil Engineer. * 2–5 years of experience in cost estimation. * Experience preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates using Presto. * Ability to analyze projects and drawings. * Experience in tenders or estimation studies for construction companies / EPC contractors.
