**Objective**

The main responsibilities of this position are:
* Organize and assign staff tasks.
* Monitor and support the work performance of assigned individuals, recording outcomes.
* Monitor the number of workers available to deliver the service and ensure on-site service coverage.
* Update the database weekly.
* Plan staffing arrangements to cover potential absenteeism at the center.
* Monitor service quality and service budgets.
* Report to the coordinator information regarding staff allowances, service hours, days, and number of personnel, to enable monthly invoicing.
* Submit weekly attendance reports to the EMS Psychosocial Unit and the Street Services Manager.
* Control delivery notes and received materials, and distribute them accordingly.
* Generate inventories of materials held at each center.
* Request necessary materials to deliver the service.
* Distribute uniforms to staff members.
* Ensure all staff have access to technical and safety data sheets for products.
* Ensure all staff have the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain the vehicle used in good working condition.
* Coordinate with the EMS Psychosocial team to provide effective support to individuals and ensure proper workplace adaptation.
**Profile:**
* A Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Social Integration is preferred.
* Higher Vocational Training in Gardening is valued.
* Valid Class B driving license is required.
* Motorcycle driving skills are desirable.
* Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health disorders is valued.
* User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
