The Pharmacy Department works to ensure equitable, safe, and efficient access to medication through an innovative team that collaborates in networks to improve patient health. It has advanced technology for drug dispensing, a modern pharmaceutical compounding laboratory, and an outpatient care area. Since 1983, the hospital has been accredited for specialist training, and since 2007 it has promoted research, innovation, and knowledge management. **Workplace** The candidate will join the Hospital Pharmacy Service. **General Responsibilities** * Perform technical duties within the Pharmacy Department. * Carry out the preparation of sterile preparations, parenteral nutrition, and/or cytotoxic drugs according to departmental needs. * Prepare, handle, and adjust doses of clinical trial samples, where applicable. * Monitor expiration dates, temperatures, and pressures of medications requiring pharmaceutical alerts. * Store and ensure proper preservation of medications. * Dispense prescribed medications to patients, verifying both the medication and the user. * Record all processes under their responsibility. **Professional Competencies** * Teamwork * Efficiency and problem-solving * Results orientation * Adaptability to change **We Offer:** * 20% part-time employment contract, with potential for extension. * Integration into a people-oriented organization that promotes professional wellbeing and work-life balance. * Joining a hospital and department undergoing growth and expansion. * Opportunities for internal and external training. **Will you join us? We are eager to meet you!** **Requirements:** * Higher-level vocational training qualification in laboratory specialization, FP II in pharmacy specialization, or higher-level vocational training in pharmaceutical product manufacturing, or equivalent. **Valued Experience:** * Experience as a pharmacy technician in a hospital setting. * Experience with automated dispensing cabinets (Omnicell, Pyxis, Kardex...). * Experience in preparing cytotoxic drugs using traceability systems (Oncofarm, Clinus, Medimix...). * Experience in outpatient pharmacy.
