We are looking for an Accountant for our Management Office We are seeking to incorporate an experienced Accountant into our multidisciplinary team. Main responsibilities: * Accounting, reviewing, and supervising customer invoices. * Bank reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies. * Comprehensive management of accounting and tax affairs for various companies. * Preparation and filing of periodic tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual): VAT, IRPF, withholdings, etc. * Preparation and submission of Corporate Income Tax. * Preparation of personal income and wealth tax declarations for individuals. * Preparation and filing of Annual Accounts at the Commercial Registry. * Processing of tax and legal procedures: census registrations, communications with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), etc. * Collaboration in internal and external audits. * Resolving inquiries and providing accounting-tax advisory services to our clients. Candidate requirements: Academic qualifications in: Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance (CFGS) or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or similar fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting firms or professional practices, managing the complete accounting and tax cycle. Proficiency in office software and accounting programs such as Sage or similar. Knowledge in labor law area will be valued. Conditions and benefits: Indefinite full-time contract, possibility of part-time Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 (with mandatory breaks). Friday from 9:00 to 14:00\. Reduced working hours during summer. Competitive salary, depending on candidate's qualifications (18,000€ gross annually).
