Description: Fundación Eveho is a secular, non-denominational NGO with over 35 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young people in vulnerable situations. With affection, professionalism, and commitment, we work toward their emancipation and full social inclusion through educational, residential, and socio-labor integration projects. We are currently seeking Social Educators for a CRAE (Residential Educational Action Center) to work with children and youth aged 4 to 18, supporting them in their socio-labor integration and emancipation processes. As part of the team, you will: Provide comprehensive support to children, adolescents, and youth, addressing their emotional, social, and educational needs. Participate in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational, recreational, and training activities. Manage and organize daily life (routines, hygiene, meals, leisure, schoolwork, etc.). Provide emotional containment and conflict management, responding sensitively to crisis or emergency situations. Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, maintaining open communication with other CRAE professionals. Accompany and transport minors. Participate in team meetings and coordinate with social, educational, and health services. What do we offer? Center located in Mataró. Salary according to collective agreement — €26,000 gross per annum + weekend allowance. Contract — Vacant position. Shift — Weekends and public holidays. Schedule: Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. + Availability for team meetings every Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You’re exactly who we need because… You hold a university degree in Social Education. You have experience working with youth at risk or in vulnerable situations. You work autonomously, responsibly, and with strong decision-making skills. You can plan and coordinate recreational or leisure activities. You hold a valid driver’s license. You possess a strong social vocation and commitment to youth inclusion.
