Currently, we are recruiting a **PLANNING SPECIALIST** for a chemical company in the **VALLÈS ORIENTAL** area. ### **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Record production planning in the system. * Organize and manage logistics documentation (scanning, archiving, and registration). * Collaborate with the production department to review and adjust plans based on resources, priorities, and incidents. * Monitor production orders and delivery times. * Analyze production data to identify deviations and propose improvements. * Prepare planning reports and KPIs. * Participate in planning meetings, providing up-to-date information on stock and production. * Proactively analyze products and packaging to anticipate customer needs. * Plan productions related to chemical product mixtures, requiring in-depth knowledge of the processes, materials, and specific treatments for each drum. ### **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Minimum education: Secondary Education (additional training in the chemical sector will be valued). * Experience: at least 2 years in similar roles. * Skills: proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems. * Geographic mobility and availability for occasional travel. * Ability to accurately manage documentation and records. * Good communication skills to interact with different teams. * Organized, responsible, proactive profile with strong attention to detail. ### **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Permanent contract, with long-term stability and growth potential. * Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). * Continuous training for your professional development. * Join a growing company with an excellent work environment and internal advancement opportunities.
