**Description:** ---------------- At Temporal Quality, we are seeking a Quality Technician for a production plant at an important food company located in Sant Julià del Llor i Bonmatí (Girona). **Your responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring compliance with quality and food safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. * Supervising raw materials and finished products. * Conducting internal and external inspections and audits of raw material suppliers and other materials. * Managing non-conformities and corrective actions. * Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices (GMP and GHP). * Guaranteeing quality control of finished products by maintaining established documentation within the quality system and collecting and storing product counter-samples. * Ensuring proper understanding and application of processes by plant personnel through on-site advisory support to internal customers. **We offer:** * Fixed shifts: mornings from 6 to 14 h, afternoons from 14 to 22 h, or nights from 22 to 6 h. Monday to Friday. * Salary according to company standards: 26,000 € gross annual + night shift allowance + shift work allowance. * Possibility of direct hiring by the company. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a quality technician in a production plant within the food industry sector. * Own vehicle to commute to the workplace. * Degree in Food Science and Technology or Agricultural Engineering in the food industry.
