




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the reception of a dental clinic, responsible for comprehensive patient management—from initial welcome through billing and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive patient management and continuous care. 2. Organized scheduling and communication maintenance. 3. Promotion of patient satisfaction. We are looking for a professional to fill a reception position at a private dental clinic located in the city center of Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include end-to-end patient management from arrival, ensuring continuous and comfortable care. This encompasses initial greeting and collection of relevant information, as well as billing, invoicing, and incident resolution. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized schedule, managing communications across various channels such as WhatsApp, email, and telephone, and conducting follow-up and review calls. They will also handle daily documentation completion, control sheets, incident management, and promote patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback collection. A full-time schedule of 30 hours per week is offered, distributed Monday through Friday, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Proximity to the workplace is a plus. GM/GS in nursing assistant, dental hygienist, or related field.
