




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Controller to analyze, control, and monitor costs by combining financial and people-related data to derive strategic insights and support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will help make strategic decisions aligned with the business 2. You will develop KPIs and generate actionable insights 3. You will design dashboards and build analytical models An HR Controller is required. You will be responsible for analyzing, controlling, and monitoring these costs by integrating financial and people-related information to generate clear and useful insights. Your work will directly support more strategic, consistent, and business-aligned decision-making. You will develop and track economic and people-related KPIs, generating actionable insights for decision-making. You will support data analysis related to compensation, including tracking remuneration variables, incentives, and other economic indicators linked to people. You will define and automate recurring reporting processes, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and consistency of information to improve efficiency and agility. You will design dashboards in Power BI / SuccessFactors to transform data into actionable information. You will build analytical models enabling you to understand business evolution. You will participate in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will analyze and monitor personnel costs, ensuring data reliability and consistency. You will collaborate on monthly closings and participate in audits, guaranteeing information quality. You will participate in non-financial audits (compensation, equality, and other regulatory requirements), ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in HR and Financial Control departments * Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP de Grado Superior) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '2000'
