Through LHH Construction Division, we are looking for a Site Manager with solid experience in urban development projects. Main Responsibilities: \- Planning, organizing, and supervising building, urban development, and rehabilitation projects. \- Comprehensive management of one or several projects simultaneously (depending on profile and experience). \- Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors. \- Cost, schedule, and quality control of execution. \- Liaison with technical supervisors, developers, and suppliers. \- Preparation of certifications, financial monitoring, and production control. \- Proposal of technical and organizational solutions to optimize schedules and resources. ### **Requirements** \- Proven experience as Site Manager in: \- Urban development projects. \- Civil engineering, technical architecture, architecture, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: \- Proactivity, leadership, and problem-solving ability. \- Prior experience in projects with tight deadlines. \- Familiarity with construction planning and control tools. ### **What We Offer** .
