DESCRIPTION At Lucta, we are seeking to hire a **Regulatory Systems Technician** to strengthen our team and provide support in essential tasks during a period of high demand for strategic company projects. If you have a scientific\-technical background, an interest in data structuring, management, and maintenance related to legal and safety requirements, and are motivated to work in a rigorous, cross\-functional, and collaborative environment, this is your opportunity. **What will you do in this role?** Your main responsibilities will include: * **Raw Materials:** You will play a key role in the process of onboarding and approval of raw materials, ensuring compliance with established technical and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will manage technical documentation with suppliers, guaranteeing its availability and maintenance across different departments. * **GHS, CLP and REACH Safety:** You will be responsible for the entry, maintenance, and structuring of safety and identification data for both raw materials and Lucta's products. * **Legislation:** You will collaborate in structuring regulatory data, ensuring its accurate incorporation and maintenance within legal compliance calculation tools. Your work will contribute to meeting legal requirements in the various markets where we operate. * **Documentation:** Design and resolution of technical documentation incidents, collaborating with different departments to ensure agile and effective responses to any deviations. * **Labeling:** Design and resolution of labeling issues, ensuring that all information is accurate, clear, and compliant with current legislation. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields. **Languages:** * Spanish * English \| Intermediate\-high level required for understanding and managing technical documentation and using work tools. **Digital Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word. * Basic programming knowledge (desirable) **Valuable Technical Knowledge:** * Product lifecycle management and/or value chain * Knowledge of GHS safety, REACH, and goods transportation regulations * Knowledge of fragrance, cosmetic, and/or animal feed additive regulations * Experience with SAP or similar enterprise management tools * ISO standards **Valued Experience in:** * Regulatory departments * Document and technical records management * Raw material and formula management * Quality Assurance departments * Laboratories or related technical environments **What we are looking for in you:** We are looking for a professional, communicative individual with sound judgment who can naturally thrive in a technical and collaborative environment.
