




DESCRIPTION An international leading company in the construction sector, with over 80 years of experience in adhesives, sealants and chemical products, is seeking to hire a **Customer Service Assistant** as the first point of contact within the Customer Service team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle customer calls, resolving inquiries and providing information about products and services. * Review and ensure data quality when creating and managing orders. * Coordinate order management with various departments to guarantee agile and effective service. * Record and resolve order-related issues (returns, replacements, etc.). * Support the sales team with required information and documentation. * Manage export orders and export customers. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Skills: * Ability to communicate effectively across different involved departments. * Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to diverse client profiles. * Strong service vocation, efficiency, and problem-solving skills. * Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to work under pressure. * Quick decision-making and proactiveness. * Organizational and planning skills in task and order management. **BENEFITS:** * Indefinite 40-hour contract. * Social benefits: meal vouchers and flexible compensation. * Working hours: Mon-Thu 8 AM to 6 PM (1 hour for lunch) / Fri 8 AM to 2 PM. * Flexible working hours.
