Requirements * Qualification: Not required * Preferred: Prior experience in production line roles; experience in coordination or team leadership responsibilities is highly valued. * Requirements: \- Line team coordination: Organize and supervise assigned staff tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. + Production process control: Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and hygiene standards. + Incident resolution: Identify and manage minor technical issues or deviations in production. + Optimization of time and resources: Ensure daily manufacturing targets are met according to plan. * Essential: \- Leadership, organizational, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities. + Residence in Olot or the Garrotxa region (or own vehicle for commuting to the workplace). + Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
