Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Controller for a temporary assignment within the Finance team, with experience in commercial controlling and knowledge of logistics to monitor and analyze the company's performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in analyzing the company's performance and strategic plans. 2. Participate in budget preparation and strategic planning. 3. Support the operation of the SAP tool and departmental projects. PASTAS GALLO is looking for a Commercial Controller for our Finance team for a temporary project (minimum 6 months). We seek a candidate with commercial controlling experience who is versatile and can contribute operational expertise, specifically in logistics. Your mission will be to control, supervise, and analyze the company’s performance, budgets, and strategic plans regarding costs and revenues within your area of responsibility, following the guidelines set by the Finance Directorate, in order to identify deviations in costs or revenues so that the company’s objectives and plans are achieved. Your **Responsibilities** will include: * Participate in, review, and analyze the analytical closing process, specifically for your area of responsibility. * Participate in the preparation and understanding of financial budgets. * Participate in the preparation and understanding of strategic plans and other ad\-hoc plans. * Design and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area. * Analyze the profitability of the current portfolio and of new products/projects. * Provide support for the proper functioning of the ERP system (SAP) and departmental projects. * Support various company departments regarding data granularity and numerical accuracy. * Collaborate with financial audits. **What We Expect From You:** * Initiative and decision-making ability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Passion for teamwork. * Knowledge management skills. * Adaptability/Flexibility. * Communication, impact, and influence. * Analytical capability. * Frustration tolerance. * Planning and organizational skills. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a Controller. * Knowledge of balance sheets and profit & loss statements. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced SAP proficiency. * PowerPoint proficiency. **We Offer:** A positive work environment within a dynamic and collaborative team.
