Description
**Mission of the position:**
Promote the development and socio-labor integration of individuals requiring support, based on each person's life plan and professional project, ensuring a comprehensive, personalized, and network-based integration process.
**Tasks and responsibilities:**
* Design, coordinate, and conduct comprehensive follow-up of each individual's integration pathway—from initial selection and diagnosis through competency development, continuous accompaniment, and necessary internal and external coordination.
* Conduct labor market prospecting and job intermediation by establishing trust-based relationships with companies and local stakeholders to identify suitable job opportunities, and accompany them in becoming inclusive environments—advising managers and identifying possible accommodations.
* Contribute to individuals' competency development by providing knowledge about competencies, proposing and jointly agreeing upon actions for their development, and coordinating and implementing activities outlined in the service's Competency Development Plan.
* Manage case files in accordance with current legislation and the specific programs of each project.
**Requirements:**
* Higher education degree in the social field.
* Minimum three years' experience in a similar position.
