Braun is seeking an OpEx Manager for its parenteral nutrition manufacturing plant in Rubí. **Responsibilities:*** Define, together with the VP CAPS, the Operational Excellence Model for CAPS Europe and the deployment strategy. * Lead the implementation, monitoring, and evolution of the OpEx Management System across CAPS Spain and European plants. * Align the organization (management, supervisors, and teams) with OpEx practices and culture. * Define, deploy, and monitor operational and continuous improvement KPIs. * Drive and support cross-functional improvement initiatives and projects. * Ensure proper application of OpEx methods through standards, routines, and monitoring mechanisms. * Supervise and coordinate Shopfloor Management systems across CAPS plants in Spain. * Actively collaborate with CAPS European plants (Sheffield, Melsungen), serving as the functional lead for local OpEx Managers. * Identify training needs in Operational Excellence and contribute to defining the annual training plan. * Design and deliver OpEx training sessions. * Coach and mentor teams and supervisors to develop internal capabilities. * Support the organization in adopting new ways of working focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Requirements:** * Technical university degree or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in **Operational Excellence / Lean / Continuous Improvement** within industrial environments (certification required). * International experience working with production plants and international operations is preferred. * Project management knowledge and experience is preferred (e.g., corporate methodologies or PMO experience). * Strong influence skills, ability to lead without formal authority, and change management capability. * Results-oriented, strategic mindset, and strong people focus. * Advanced English (C1 or higher). * Willingness to travel to CAPS plants across Europe (approx. 50%). **We Offer:** Annual gross salary starting from 50\.200€, adjusted according to candidate profile and experience.
