Office availability: Masies de Voltregà (Osona) Among many other benefits, let us get to know you and tell you much more! **DO YOU WANT TO KNOW YOUR MISSION?** -------------------------------------- The goal is to ensure maximum availability of facilities for our production teams, enabling us to supply products to over 200 Group stores and our customers. **How do we achieve this?** You will join Bon Preu’s technical maintenance department and actively participate in the technical management of centers and facilities, ensuring everything functions correctly, swiftly, efficiently, and with ongoing improvements. Key responsibilities: * Plan and supervise center maintenance. * Coordinate industrial and external service providers, monitoring budgets and execution. (Clarity on external companies is essential.) * Implement corrective actions and improvement proposals for various installations (electricity, refrigeration, water, air conditioning, etc.) efficiently and promptly. * Conduct technical visits and audits to guarantee the proper condition of centers. * Analyze technical data to optimize service delivery and identify improvements. Additionally, * Monitor installations via building management systems (BMS): alarms, failures, critical alerts, etc. * Participate in technical investments and upgrades, such as new installations or equipment renewals. Manage technical documentation and budgets, including financial tracking of actions. * **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** --------------------------------------------- * A university degree or higher vocational qualification in maintenance, electricity, electromechanics, or a related field would be ideal. * Experience in industrial or technical service environments is desirable. * Familiarity with electrical installations, industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, water systems, etc. * Experience using maintenance management tools. * You are organized, analytical, and proactive when handling incidents.
