




- WORK LOCATION: Fuentealbilla (Albacete). **- PREFERRED: DISABILITY CERTIFICATE OF 33% OR HIGHER.** - TASKS: Attend opening and closing ceremonies of training activities. - Attend meetings and training sessions. - Maintain communication with the insurance company. - Plan classroom occupancy. - Prepare, set up, and maintain logistics for projects, classrooms, and workshops. - Recruit and select participants. - Identify teaching staff and inform the employment department of hiring arrangements. - Manage and monitor participants. - Serve as the liaison between students and teaching staff. - Complete and monitor documentation according to the training project. - Seek and secure corporate agreements (if applicable). - Forecast and request materials from the responsible person. - Carry out project promotion/advertising. - Manage applications: FOCO. - Draft final project reports (if applicable). - Attend inspections by regulatory bodies. - Other duties arising from the nature of the projects. - EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION: Yes, prior experience working with persons with disabilities will be valued. - REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Intermediate or higher vocational training in administrative tasks. - OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license category B and personal vehicle. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - WORK SCHEDULE: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00. - SALARY AND CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary contract due to production circumstances (6 months). Salary: €1,060 gross per month, paid in 12 installments.
