Currently, we are seeking an Industrial Engineer for CLS (logistics centers or technical facilities) construction to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the design and execution of technical infrastructure, ensuring efficient, safe construction while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and supervise the construction and deployment of CLS (logistics centers or technical facilities). * Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and on-site teams. * Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality. * Design and optimize layouts, space distribution, and installations. * Manage permits, regulations, and compliance with technical requirements. * Supervise installations (electrical, HVAC, telecommunications, etc.). * Implement improvements to enhance energy and operational efficiency. * Prepare technical documentation and progress reports. * Identify risks and propose solutions during execution. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Prior experience in industrial environments, operations, or telecommunications (preferred). * Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Professional-level English; French and Arabic are assets. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Organizational and project management capability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactivity and initiative. * Adaptability to dynamic environments. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Opportunity to join an international, growing telecommunications company. * Participation in innovative and high-impact projects. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Global travel opportunities.
