### **Position** Join the **Finance** team at our Atelier in Barberà del Vallès as an **Industrial Controller**, where your challenge will be to manage budgetary control, analyze variances, propose corrective actions, and conduct monthly analysis of key financial indicators. ### **Job responsibilities** * Supervise the management control system, its policies and procedures, and their application across different departments. * Coordinate plant performance steering: coordinate definition of objectives and monitoring of actual performance. * Coordinate the plant’s budgeting processes with local and central departments. * Perform budgetary control, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate with the legal entity team on monthly and annual plant closings. * Coordinate and ensure reliability of reporting to local and central departments of the company. * Conduct monthly analysis of key financial indicators (Profit & Loss Statement / Margin / Hourly Rate / Capex). * Collaborate with Logistics for stock / materials control. * Support business growth. * Support continuous process improvement. * Work with SAP. ### **Profile** * Over 5 years’ experience as a Controller in industrial environments. * University degree in Finance. * Proficiency in French and/or English. ### **Additional information** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning. * Personalized onboarding: you’ll discover Louis Vuitton’s Savoir\-Faire guided by our teams. * Standard working hours. * You’ll join a team committed to sustainability, inclusion, and diversity. * Comprehensive benefits package: + - Permanent contract. - Fixed salary. - Variable salary: linked to LV sales (10\-11% of base salary). - Pension plan. - Health insurance. - Meal service. - LV product discount. ### **Recruitment process** * Take the first step: Complete the application form and submit your CV.
