




Position Summary: We are seeking a Documentation Technician to prepare reports and provide customer service, supporting the metrology team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document preparation and use of proprietary software. 2. Customer service, order tracking, and incident resolution. 3. Assistance and support to the department team. **Description:** ---------------- TRESCAL Group, as a world leader in metrology services, aims to enhance our customers’ industrial performance. For one of our group companies, we are launching a selection process to hire a Documentation Technician for Qualifications (Sant Cugat del Vallès). This is a temporary position, approximately 9 months in duration. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of documents (reports) in Word and Excel using data previously provided by our technical staff. Use of proprietary software for preparing technical reports and graphs. Regular communication with our customers (email, telephone); order tracking and incident resolution. Interpretation and analysis of data to identify parameters deviating from quality standards. Assistance and support to the team in performing departmental functions. **Requirements:** --------------- REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration, Training, Documentation, Chemistry, or related fields. Intermediate-to-advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word and Excel). 1–2 years’ experience in documentation preparation, protocol development, and technical report writing. Basic English proficiency is desirable. Immediate availability to join. Methodical and proactive individual with time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proximity to the area (Sant Cugat) or availability of personal transportation to commute to the workplace is desirable. WE OFFER Long-term temporary contract, approximately 9 months.
