




Job Summary: Aspasia Catalunya is seeking an organized and communicative person to support reception and the training department, managing enrollments and guiding students. Student guidance in using the online platform At Aspasia Catalunya, we are looking for an organized, communicative person with a high level of Catalan proficiency to join our team and provide support both at reception and in the training department. In-person and telephone support for students. Enrollment management and administrative support related to training activities. Welcome and follow-up calls to participants. Student guidance in using the online platform. Depending on workload, support in monitoring and delivering online courses (contacting participants, sending reminders, providing basic incident support). Coordination with the center’s technical and administrative team. * Minimum 1 year of experience. High-level Catalan (spoken and written) — mandatory. Organized, solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or an administrative environment. Experience in training or basic knowledge of Moodle will be valued (not mandatory). Willingness to learn and adapt to digital tools. * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Student support. Facilitation of training in virtual environments (Moodle). Flexible, organized profile with ability to adapt to various tasks according to the center’s needs. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time afternoon shift (6 hours per day) * Additional information: €14,600 gross annual salary \* 30 hours
