You will join highly innovative companies, working on cutting-edge projects across R\+D, automotive, pharma, machinery design, product development, etc. We seek a candidate with **solid experience in managing technological projects** and engaging with public-sector clients, to assume a strategic role in coordinating key projects and developing business. This person will be responsible both for coordinating project execution and for identifying new opportunities, representing the company before clients, and aligning deliverables with business objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the execution of strategic projects with a focus on results, timelines, and quality. * Direct liaison with public-sector clients. * Identify and activate new opportunities within existing accounts, supported by the proposals team. * Support Project Management and Technical Management in planning and monitoring complex projects. * Supervise coordination among multidisciplinary teams (consulting, development, systems). * Monitor risks, deviations, and critical dependencies; escalate when necessary. * Participate in steering committees, client meetings, and project closure or transition activities. * Drive improvements in processes, methodologies, and management tools. * Support prioritization of the project portfolio and resource allocation. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** **Education:** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Additional certification in project management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in managing technological projects, preferably with public-sector clients. * Prior experience in client–supplier liaison or key account management. * Experience managing technical teams and/or suppliers in multi-project environments. **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of system architectures, software solutions, and customer-environment deployments. * Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.). * Knowledge of public procurement and participation in tenders (desirable). **Languages:** * Catalan and Spanish: advanced level. * English: professional-level reading and writing (minimum B2\).
