The professional in this position will be responsible for the comprehensive management and analysis of the Dairy category. Their primary task will be to prepare and provide detailed information on pricing, quality, and market performance, in accordance with guidelines established by the Category Management Department. This work is essential to support the achievement of commercial objectives—both in sales volume and margin—for the product families under their responsibility. Responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining negotiation sheets, ensuring that all commercial and contractual information is accurate and up to date. In addition, they must coordinate and supervise necessary product testing and tastings to guarantee quality standards. A key aspect of the role is the continuous analysis of supplier performance, assessing compliance with agreed commercial, quality, and supply conditions. The position also entails actively monitoring these conditions, identifying potential deviations, and proposing corrective actions. Furthermore, the candidate is expected to contribute improvement proposals regarding product packaging and labelling, aligned with market and brand strategies. Close collaboration with the Quality Department is required, providing support for all initiatives related to product quality within a defined assortment. Another important responsibility is the collection and reporting of key information, thereby facilitating strategic decision-making by management. Finally, they must effectively disseminate all relevant product information to various internal departments of the company and review promotional materials—such as brochures—to ensure published data accuracy.
