We are looking for a Construction Supervision Intern / Paid Trainee in Barcelona! \| J3 Obras Are you studying **Building Construction, Technical Architecture, or Civil Engineering**, and eager to gain real on-site experience? At **J3 Obras**, we continue expanding and are seeking to onboard a **Construction Supervision Intern (Paid Internship)** who is enthusiastic about learning and professional development. We are a company specialized in renovations, rehabilitations, and demolitions in Barcelona, offering you the opportunity to learn alongside our operational team on dynamic projects. What will your responsibilities be alongside the Site Supervisor? * Support the **supervision of construction execution** and field-based team coordination. * Conduct **regular site visits and monitoring** across active construction projects in Barcelona. * Assist in controlling **timelines, quality, and safety measures**. * Support inventory and control of **materials, resources, and subcontractors**. * Help prepare **progress reports and management reports**. * Participate in identifying process improvements for operations. What are we looking for? * Student or recent graduate in **Technical Architecture, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Technical Degree in Construction/Building**, or related fields. * Passion for **fieldwork and construction**. * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and self-motivated individual. * Availability for on-site work in Barcelona (Working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM). * Possibility to sign a training agreement with your university or educational institution.
