




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to support the budgeting department, responsible for cost analysis and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost analysis and preparation of cost comparisons 2. Coordination with production, purchasing, and commercial departments 3. Support in planning and controlling production expenses Back Office support administrator for the budgeting department, located in the Cambados area. An organized and detail-oriented individual is required to manage the following responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing cost comparisons, analyzing differences against previous budgets. You will maintain close coordination with production, purchasing, and commercial departments to confirm pricing and feasibility of various projects. You will handle registration, filing, and up-to-date maintenance of all budget-related documentation, as well as review calculations of unit and total costs—including materials, labor, and subcontracting. Additionally, you will provide support in planning and controlling production department expenses. The ability to identify opportunities for improvement in budgeting and cost control processes—as well as other duties inherent to this position—will be highly valued. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift, with corresponding statutory breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within packaging, containers, metal, and/or canned food industries. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar software. * We seek an analytical and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Degree in Business Administration and Finance or equivalent.
