




Job Summary: We are seeking building maintenance staff, focused on inspecting, repairing, and installing equipment and infrastructure, performing general and preventive tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to building safety and overall upkeep We are seeking building maintenance staff targeted at persons with disabilities. Tasks include inspecting, repairing, and installing equipment and infrastructure to ensure their proper functioning. General tasks are performed, such as painting, fault management, preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, and care of green areas, all in accordance with safety regulations. Specific duties include: minor repairs, bulb replacement, support in cleaning, periodic inspections to prevent failures, component replacement, assembly and relocation of small furniture, materials and tools management, and communication with supervisors regarding the building's condition (two floors). A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, with five working hours per day in morning and afternoon shifts, and a monthly salary of 925 euros. It is mandatory to hold a valid disability certificate and at least twelve months of experience as a building maintenance technician. A secondary education diploma (ESO) and basic office software skills are considered advantageous.
