**Position:** Process Engineer
**Required Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
**Main Responsibilities:**
As a Process Engineer at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for:
* **Process Management and Documentation:** Develop, update, implement, and monitor the application of business unit processes and work procedures, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
* **Integrated Management System (IMS):** Inform the organization about the performance and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS), promoting a culture of quality and improvement.
* **Audits and Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in planning and executing internal and external IMS audits. Collaborate closely with audited department heads in implementing necessary corrective actions to resolve identified deviations.
* **Performance Measurement and Analysis:** Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and essential quality metrics for rigorous evaluation and control of engineering department services and processes.
* **Process Optimization:** Identify improvement opportunities, propose, and develop concrete action plans to optimize and automate existing processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
* **Implementation of Methodologies:** Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and manage the Lessons Learned process to capture acquired knowledge and prevent recurrence of errors.
* **Non-Conformance Management:** Effectively collaborate in resolving non-conformances by analyzing root causes and proposing durable solutions.
* **Technical Support:** Provide expertise in Electronic, Industrial, and Automatic Engineering for process optimization and design.
**Job Requirements:**
* **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Engineering, or a related field.
* **Professional Experience:** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in process management, continuous improvement, or similar roles within the energy or industrial sector.
* **Skills:** Analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills (oral and written), proactivity, results orientation, and capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams.
* **Languages:** Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
