A key position with a strong practical component and direct contact. TREEMOND needs to hire a Field Supervisor to coordinate and supervise agricultural operations in the field. This professional will be responsible for organizing teams, ensuring proper execution of tasks, and guaranteeing compliance with plans defined by the agronomy department. This is a key position for the smooth operation of the farm, with a strong practical component and direct involvement in daily operations. Main Responsibilities: * Control and maintenance of all irrigation shed components, including coordination with supplier companies, subject to prior authorization by the farm manager. * Supervision/organization of personnel and proper functioning of the facility; organization of maintenance, repair, and improvement work. * Regular reporting and interaction with the agronomy department to convey critical information and ensure efficient management. Required Profile: * Technical education (vocational or higher) in agriculture or related fields. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Practical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Availability for fieldwork and flexible working hours.
