SEVILLE** We are seeking a Project Coordinator in the cultural sector (exhibition space / souvenir shop) **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of the space's daily operations * Coordination of the team (ticketing, exhibition rooms, shop, visitor services), including leadership, motivation, shift scheduling, and comprehensive staff management * Ensuring high-quality customer service, VIP guest assistance, and support for collaborators when required * Management of a small shop (sales, inventory, orders) * Resolution of all operational issues (organizational, logistical, etc.) * Implementation and monitoring of internal work standards * Execution of marketing activities at the venue **Requirements:** * Experience in team management * Mandatory experience in direct customer service and ticketing operations * Excellent organizational skills * Strong customer orientation * Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive working environment * Capacity to assume responsibilities and resolve various day-to-day situations * Experience in dynamic environments (retail – desirable) * Knowledge of English and other languages **We Offer:** * Full-time position * Official employment contract * Interesting work within a dynamic team We seek an operational leader who works hands-on within the process, actively participating in daily activities and ensuring the best possible experience for visitors, smooth team functioning, as well as supervision and maintenance of the space and exhibition.
