




Position Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to manage customer service, check-in/out, reservations, and departmental coordination at a resort, with a focus on incident resolution. At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the vacation and campsite resort sector in Spain, we are looking to hire a Receptionist for our Alannia El Pinar team (Blanes, Girona) at one of our establishments. Job Responsibilities: * Professional and personalized attention to national and international customers. * Management of check-in and check-out procedures. * Provision of information and advice regarding resort facilities, activities, and services. * Reservation management, modifications, and cancellations. * Coordination with various departments (entertainment, maintenance, housekeeping, food and beverage). * Resolution of incidents and handling of complaints with a customer-oriented approach. * Basic administrative tasks and operation of the reservation system. * Cash handling, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reception or a similar position. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). * Advanced level of English (mandatory); other languages (French, German, Dutch) are an advantage. * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management software. * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and proactive attitude. * Flexible availability (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays).
