




Job Description We are seeking a Cleaning Team Manager to coordinate and supervise work teams in various socio-health centers in Seville and surrounding areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with cleaning, organization, and performance standards, as well as guaranteeing the proper integration and well-being of workers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, organize, and supervise assigned cleaning teams. * Plan shifts, schedules, and task distribution. * Monitor service quality and resolve incidents. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Manage cleaning materials, products, and equipment. * Support the training and labor integration of people with disabilities. * Maintain direct communication with the client and CEE management. * Manage the financial results of the assigned project. * Control project costs, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or coordinating cleaning teams, preferably in the socio-health sector. * Knowledge of professional cleaning products, machinery, and protocols. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Social sensitivity and commitment to labor inclusion. * Class B driver's license and availability for travel within Seville and its province. * Previous experience in Special Employment Centers or managing people with disabilities will be valued. **What We Offer:** * Stable contract and incorporation into a socially responsible company. * Full-time position with flexible working hours. * Company vehicle for travel between centers. * Salary: 25,000 to 28,000 gross euros.
